JGMN Pvt LTD

Cancellation Policy

Last updated 25 September 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how you can cancel a paid plan on JUGNU, the music platform operated by JGMN Pvt LTD (“JUGNU”, “we”, “us”). It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Cancelling a plan stops a future charge. It is not the same as a refund of money already paid. Whether a fee can be returned is described in the Refund Policy.

2. Which plans you can cancel

Pro is a yearly subscription. Star is a monthly or yearly subscription, depending on the billing period you chose at checkout. You may cancel either of those so that it does not renew.

Dreamershood is a one-time lifetime membership. It does not renew and there is no recurring charge to cancel. You may stop using JUGNU at any time, or ask us to close your account. Closing an account is separate from cancelling a Pro or Star subscription.

Superstar is invite-only and is not sold on the pricing page. If you hold a Superstar arrangement, cancellation follows the written terms of that arrangement, and this policy where it does not conflict.

3. How to cancel

Write to us from the email address on your JUGNU account with the subject line “Cancellation”. Include the plan name (Pro or Star) and, if you know it, the billing period you want to stop renewing.

We acknowledge a cancellation request within 48 hours and complete it within one month. A request is effective once we confirm it. Until then, the plan stays as it is.

4. No cancellation fee

We do not charge a fee for cancelling a Pro or Star subscription, or for asking us to close an account. You pay only for the plan period you have already purchased.

5. What happens after you cancel

Cancellation stops the next charge for that plan. Access you have already paid for continues until the end of the current billing period. After that period ends, a 7-day grace window applies, and then access to the benefits of that plan stops.

Dreamershood does not expire merely because time has passed. Cancelling or letting a Pro or Star plan end does not, by itself, remove an active lifetime membership.

If a payment for a renewal fails, we may limit access until it succeeds, as described in the Terms & Conditions.

6. What cancellation does not do

Cancelling a plan does not, by itself:

  • Refund the period you have already paid for.
  • Delete your account, tracks, artwork, or release records.
  • Pull a release from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, or any other store. A takedown follows the process in our terms and, where one exists, the release contract for that recording.
  • Undo a release contract you have already signed.

If you want your account closed, say so in the same message. We will tell you what records we must keep for tax, accounting, or a dispute.

7. If we end access

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if you break the Terms & Conditions, a payment fails and is not resolved, we reasonably suspect fraud or infringement, or the law requires it. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you the reason.

Ending access for those reasons can take effect sooner than the end of a paid period. It does not by itself transfer or cancel rights in music already delivered, except that we may ask stores to take a release down when the terms, a release contract, or the law requires it.

8. Contact

Cancellation requests go to JGMN Pvt LTD, the company that operates JUGNU. Send them from the email address on your account with the subject line “Cancellation”. How a fee is returned, when one is due, is in the Refund Policy.
