  • Take payment for plans (including Dreamershood, Pro, and Star) and keep a record of what you purchased.

Stores that receive your music act under their own rules for data they collect about streams and listeners.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and catalog data while your account is open and for a limited time afterward so we can finish takedowns, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Payment and tax records are kept for the period Indian accounting and tax law requires. Server logs used for security are kept for a shorter operational period. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and provider safeguards appropriate to a music platform that stores accounts, audio, and payment records. No online service can promise perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for telling us if you believe your account has been misused.

7. Children

JUGNU is for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

  • Ask us to erase personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.
